Refund policy

• All sales are final. No refunds are available at this time.
• Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.
• Customer is responsible for all shipping charges for exchanges.
• To initiate an exchange:
  • Ship your unused, unopened items in original packaging to the address listed below.
  • Rey Fingerboards is not responsible for lost or damaged returns. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  • Email your order number and desired exchange item(s) to reyfingerboards@gmail.com (please choose an item of equal or similar value).
• Once your returned items are received and reviewed, your exchange will be shipped.
