These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Rey Fingerboards website (the "Website"). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Website.

1. Orders and Payment

  • You must be at least 18 years old or have parental or guardian consent to place an order on the Website.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any order you place.
  • Prices for all products are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
  • Payment will be charged to your chosen payment method at the time you place your order.
  • We will send you a confirmation email once your order has been placed.

2. Shipping

  • We currently ship orders to addresses within the United States. If you are located outside of the United States please contact us and we will work with your needs.
  • Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your order total and shipping destination.
  • We aim to ship all orders within 7 business days of receipt.
  • We are not responsible for delays in shipping caused by factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance or weather events.
  • You will be responsible for any import duties or taxes that may apply to your order.

3. Return Policy

  • All sales are final. No refunds are available at this time.
  • Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Customer is responsible for all shipping charges for exchanges.
  • To initiate an exchange:
    • Ship your unused, unopened items in original packaging to the address listed below.
    • Rey Fingerboards is not responsible for lost or damaged returns. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
    • Email your order number and desired exchange item(s) to reyfingerboards@gmail.com (please choose an item of equal or similar value).

     

  • Once your returned items are received and reviewed, your exchange will be shipped.

4. Intellectual Property

The Website and all content on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Rey Fingerboards or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. 5. Disclaimer

The Website and all content on the Website are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Rey Fingerboards disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement of intellectual property rights. Rey Fingerboards does not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Website or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.
